The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere with neat little en-suite rooms and first-floor access via a fairly-steep staircase. It's located in a very quiet and attractive area of Folkstone, away from the main tourist buzz. I've enjoyed the calm surroundings, although the early starts for the Tunnel were a bit challenging. The dining, although not included, offered classic Italian dishes that were quite satisfying.
